Events and Retreats help you meet new people, and experience new ways of growing in your faith. We plan many special events throughout the year.
Weekly Small Groups of 10-12 people meet around 20 times per year, in homes, at St. Luke’s or various locations around Indy. Groups often form around life stage, but many are open to all. Groups choose their curriculum from a variety of studies and topics offered by St. Luke’s.
These groups are designed specifically for busy families. They intentionally connect families with kids of similar ages and provide community and spiritual growth during some of the most hectic seasons of life! Some groups provide childcare while others meet as families.
Short Term Classes meet weekly for 5-7 weeks and study a specific topic together. Current classes include 5 Marriage Ted Talks, Social Justice topics, Braving The Wilderness, The Good and Beautiful God, and The New Jim Crow.
Sunday Morning classes are open to everyone and follow a variety of topics. You can join or visit any of these classes anytime.
Disciple Bible Study and Beyond includes seven 24-34 week Bible Studies. These classes start in late August, break for the holidays, resume in January and finish in April. They require 20-30 minutes of daily study, 5 days a week and a high commitment to the weekly 75-minute class. We recommend that everyone begin with Disciple One, the foundational course. No Bible knowledge is needed to begin! All books and study Bibles are in the St. Luke’s Connections bookstore.
